How a personal injury led me to discover the real way to heal and transform lives

I started in the fitness industry in 2012, but it wasn’t until a personal injury forced me to reassess everything I knew that I found my real purpose. After tearing my meniscus, damaging cartilage, and dealing with a leg that would randomly collapse while walking, I tried everything – physios, osteos, myos – nothing truly worked.

That’s when I was introduced to James in 2017. He changed everything for me. Not only did I recover, but I knew I had to learn from him so I could help others the same way. Since 2018, I’ve been back in the fitness industry – not just training people, but showing them there’s a better, faster way to heal and grow.
