My Story

How a personal injury led me to discover the real way to heal and transform lives

I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2012, but it wasn’t until life threw me some serious challenges that I found my real purpose.

Years ago, I tore my meniscus, damaged cartilage, and had a leg that would randomly collapse when I walked. I saw physios, osteos, myotherapists, you name it. Nothing made a lasting difference.

In 2017, I met James. His approach changed everything. I recovered faster than I thought possible, and I knew I had to learn from him. Since 2018, I’ve been helping others the same way  with modern, proven methods that get results.

In August 2024, I broke my leg playing indoor footy and it wasn’t a clean break. My fibula and ankle separated from my tibia. Surgery, plates, screws the works. The recovery was brutal, but it gave me another level of insight into what my clients go through.

I documented every stage of rehab from the moon boot and knee scooter to rebuilding strength and confidence in the gym. I lived it  and came back stronger.

I help people recover from long-term pain and injury where others fail.

I work with people who feel stuck, frustrated, and let down by the typical treatment cycle. Whether it’s an old injury, chronic pain, or just feeling broken, I guide you through real recovery.

Whether it’s restoring proper movement, fixing stubborn pain, or rebuilding strength, I use a smarter approach that actually works.

With a mix of targeted personal training, trigger point therapy, and practical rehab — not just temporary fixes — I help people get results when nothing else has worked.

If you’re ready to move pain-free, train smarter, and feel in control of your body again — let’s make it happen.
