Pain doesn't mean you need to avoid training⁣⁣⁣⁣I am Currently Training with 2 injuries 🤕⁣⁣⁣⁣1. My Shoulder (hurt it at my other job when out doing some heavy deliverys)⁣⁣⁣⁣2. My thumb (dropped a box on it at my other job as well) ⁣⁣⁣⁣you'd think working out and being in the gym environment daily I'd probably get injured doing something dumb like EGO LIFTING🏋  or trying to do a front flip off the dumbbell rack but nope I only break myself at my day job.⁣⁣⁣⁣so my focus is switched from lifting heavy to training without pain. ⁣⁣⁣⁣iso metric holds and bodyweight training have kept me consistant in the gym while avoiding the pain.⁣⁣⁣⁣Are you currently training with pain??⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣#shoulderpainexercises #painreliefoptions #trainwithoutpain
