Pain doesn't mean you need to avoid trainingI am Currently Training with 2 injuries 🤕1. My Shoulder (hurt it at my other job when out doing some heavy deliverys)2. My thumb (dropped a box on it at my other job as well) you'd think working out and being in the gym environment daily I'd probably get injured doing something dumb like EGO LIFTING🏋 or trying to do a front flip off the dumbbell rack but nope I only break myself at my day job.so my focus is switched from lifting heavy to training without pain. iso metric holds and bodyweight training have kept me consistant in the gym while avoiding the pain.Are you currently training with pain??#shoulderpainexercises #painreliefoptions #trainwithoutpain
